No es nada comoda, pero funciona bien, hice tres series de tres minutos para probarla mientras caminaba y me gusto, ajustar la altura es fácil, pero ya que pusiste la tapa de la altura seleccionada no se puede cambiar a menos que te quites la mascara y cambies la altura. Compraria de nuevo.

Great mask that doesn't let a bunch of air blow into my eyes on every exhale. This one fits tightly over the bridge of my nose, and is made of thick durable material to ensure a tight seal. The version I bought came with a variety of seals and an over-head strap that provides plenty of customizable solutions for workouts, along with the dials that allow changes in resistance mid-workout. I greatly appreciate this decision to let the customer choose.

This works, I live at sea level and went to Idaho and climbed to 10,500', I don't want to say I was 100% but this mask surely helped, it fit snug and had many options for elevation... loved it!

It fits pretty well and has the looks and the feel of a very well made product. However, it makes a lot of wheezing and high pitch noise that I’d be too embarrassed to wear it while working out. I just hope I can return it
