I received a used and broken handle bar.
The reason I know it was used and broken because of the handle bar screw broke off but taped to the side. If you find it hard to remove the handle bar, all you have to do is spray a little wd-40 and let it sit there for few hours, with a screw driver, you can just pry it outward.

Fits Like An Upgrade Designed By Segway
This has improved my pleasure of the MiniPro. They are much easier to ride and control with these handlebars. The installation was easy and no problems. The little smartphone mount is not sturdy and doesn't keep my phones steady. The price was lowest and I will buy more for my other MiniPros

Good value
It works well and looks and feels good. A minor drawback is that your Segway can't balance on its own with the handle attached. This causes several minor issues: You can't use your phone app to move the Segway, you can't use the theft alarm feature without leaning the handle against a wall, but most importantly, if you get off you have to keep a hand on the handle so the Segway won't try to run away.On the positive side, it is much more comfortable and easy to ride with this handle,

Helps balance
It makes the segway much easier to ride!! I am 61and could not balance with the knee guard. The handlebar makes it much steadier. Very,very,happy with it!

Handlebars fit loose
After using the handlebars for about 1 week I noticed a lot of slop in the handlebar. I checked the screw tightness and asked my neighbor who has the same segways but different handlebars. It appears that the Handlebars just fit loose. I might try buying something different.

To weld or not to weld
Looks like it will be breaking very soon. The welding on this is so under par looks like a fat gumball was welded over. I say from experience my 9 year old can weld better than this . Beware if you dont mind a mess of a visual go buy it.

Not a good buy. Had to return.
Had to return. There were no drill holes to complete setup on my Segway and no instructions.
