First off, this is a mixed review. I came across Inositol by accident and when I saw that it could help with symptoms of PCOS I decided to give it a try. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but I do have some of the symptoms so I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I noticed some other things along the way and I will comment on them as well. PCOS-the symptoms that I was experiencing did seem to go away. The signs of my ovulation were CRYSTAL clear for the first time EVER. Period was easier, cramps were less. Hair-I did not see any difference in hair. The women in my family tend to be hairier than we would like. That did not change AT ALL. I get this one weird hair in a place I won't mention and that still happened. Mood-I was going through depression for a few months. There are serious health problems with my parents and it is hard day in and day out to deal with their care and the worry about them. I also have a lot on my plate. Finishing my doctorate, husband, two kids under two and a sick parent AND very sick family members as well as a family death. You can understand why I was going through some serious depression. I noticed a change in my mood within two hours of taking it (along with folic acid). Within 24 hours I felt like my life had changed for the better. I was positive and saw a future of happiness. If I missed a dose (happened only twice in two weeks) I would get a horrible headache within two hours of the missed dose. It reminded me to go back and take it. HOWEVER, it seemed that after the two weeks the help that this provided just went away. I no longer saw any difference if I took it or not. It seemed that my body reached a level and it no longer helped. Very upset about that. I thought I found a miracle pill. Energy-for the first few days I had more energy than I had in years. It was wonderful. I cleaned my house, my parents house, did every errand I could think of, and organized our lives. It stopped doing this for me after four days. I no longer noticed a difference at all in my energy level. So to sum it up. It helped in unexpected ways that I loved but it wore off for me after two weeks. I even tried a different dose and that didn't help (I was taking it three times a day).

Calms my nerves

Glowing skin, thick hair. Quick wound healing. This supplement is a gem. I wish I'd learned about it sooner. It also helps with fertility issues/ period trouble those issues were what I started it for and was super happy and pleasantly surprised about the other results with my skin and hair.

I take these everyday I will definitely be repurchasing easy to swallow the textures fine they do have a slight smell like some vitamins do it's not bad I didn't really taste anything the texture is okay it's just like a capsule form I think has definitely helped with my energy level.
