I’ve used the Ooni Koda 12 twice so far and it’s been a good experience. It heats up quickly and the pizzas cook fast, which is great once you get the hang of it. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, but with practice I’m sure it’ll only get better. Also, I really appreciated the support from the seller, Wood and Gas—they were helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, happy with the purchase and looking forward to using it more.

Fantastic product. Sleek design and easy setup. Super powerful. Gets to temperature in no time. There is a definite learning curve. It easy to burn a pizza on the highest setting - luckily there are loads of videos online and the ooni app has lots of useful info and tips. Delivered the day after ordering. After purchase support from WOOD AND GAS was great. Next time, I’m getting the 16:) The best part? The pizza was one of the best I’d ever tasted!

Great product, great vendor ( Wood and Gas)! Delivery was extremely fast... vendor emailed me to ensure that I needed to purchase a specific gas regulatorfor my Ooni Koda Pizza Oven, and she included photosphere the gas regulator . The vendor also mentioned 1 year warranty on the item, and that should I have any problems they will take care of it.

Beautiful professional pizza oven. Delicious pizza and comes with an app and a guide manual. I was contacted directly by wood and gas to purchase the right regulator and they told me where to get it near me. They also sent me free pair of ooni gloves which we didn’t realize how much we needed till we received it.

Used it as described to cook a pizza. In almost no time at all, the edges of the pizza started burning, as in going up in flames!

The product arrived flawlessly, I just had to snap a gas cylinder on and it was on. Cooking may be a little tricky at the very beginning, but after a couple of pizzas you're ready to compete with the best pizza places in town!

My experience with this oven has been nothing but negative. First of all it is sold without a gas regulator but after having found one, the thing won't stay lit. This appears to be a common problem for Ooni ovens, literally the internet is full of people with similar problems. I contacted Ooni and they said I needed to tighten the FSD valve thingy which means you have to get special triangular screwdrivers and literally open the oven up and use a wrench to do this. Having decided it was unreasonable for me to repair a faulty product, I elected to return it. I have now purchased a gozney roccbox which is miles better both in terms of build quality and cook quality.
