These are a lot of fun and I love that they come with the markers. Unfortunately they aren’t good quality markers and don’t last hardly long enough to color the spaces! Also, I wish there were more pictures to choose from!

Perfect way to get children interested in coloring and crafting. When I saw that it had a Beaver on it, I had to get it. This will be perfect to do on stormy days when you can't go outside and exercise or play any kind of sport. I am glad that it comes with markers and the mounting mat and the adhesive. This is the way to go when looking for a color by number item to do. This also helps cut down on the cost of supplies because it is all provided in the kit for you. Great for adults and Children. Very easy instructions to follow and it does not print the numbers on the actual piece you will be coloring which gives it a cleaner look. Kudos to the person who suggested doing this. The mat will also help if you want to frame it. This also is a good way to teach children patience and creativity. Good thing is that you don't have to follow the color code for the numbers, You can create one yourself.

We purchased three faber castell art kits for my youngest kids; Two were watercolor pencil paint-by-number kits. Then this Forest art was cute, so we decided to get it too. We wanted to do a special art project day where everyone in the family had their own kit to work on. I thought my sons would be disappointed that this kit was not painting, and that they would think markers were not a 'real' art medium since parents and older sibs were using paint. But fortunately they were quite thrilled and excited because they liked the animals. I thought that coloring with markers would go much faster than the paint-by-number kits, but the time needed was really equivalent. Pleased with the quality and the design. Note that the numbers are not printed right on the canvas board, but on the practice sheet. Then you look at the practice sheet to see which color to use on the canvas board - might be tricky for some children.

I purchased the Color by Number Forest Friends as a gift for my 9 year old niece. She loved it! She colored it the day I gave it to her. Be aware that there is only one picture in the box. The colors are bright and vibrant. The only negative thing was that there were 2 or 3 small areas on the picture that did not take the color like the rest of the picture. It seemed like the picture may have had something splashed/spilled on it (came out of the box this way). We only noticed this when she started to color it. All in all an excellent product.

The person followed my instructions when delivering. I wanted to add a comment on how when I was about to throw away my box. There were flowers on the flaps for some type of craft. Amazon if you are reading this now, I hope you keep making the crafts on the flaps!! I loved it!!

9 year old really enjoyed

My 6 1/2 year old granddaughter loved this. She diligently followed the color chart and kept it up until it was completely done. Only complaint was that the stickies to attach it to the board were not sticky, and if you use the hanger, it shows at the top.
