It's hip to be square!
Ergonomics! The entire reason I chose THIS particular case is because the back side is "square" instead of rounded like the original remote. I hate the round-back controllers because they feel like squeezing a bar of soap when I press buttons... Bloop!... They twist and slip around in my hand.This SQUARED BACK design does not twist in my hand, and gives a reassurance to a button press/squeeze. Excellent!The "glow" is a gimmick; it'll never glow enough to "find it in the dark". But that's OK. The light blue is a nice color that's easier to find than gray/black remotes.The side-button (volume) rocker takes a bit more feeling-around to adjust. But it still has a nice tactile feel, and I'm getting used to it.This case is super easy and simple to slip on, and it's the perfect snugness. It protects our often-dropped remote.Thanks, Fintie!

Fit perfectly and the remote works perfectly in the case!
No issues with putting the case on the remote. The remote is better protected and the case allows the remote to sit flat on the table and is now easier to hold in the hand. I like the additional small night glow on the colors I chose...purple, green and pink.

The fit is perfect. Makes using the remote easier. You can grip and hold the remote so much better. The silicone material is soft and nonslip.

Nice cover for a Google remote
The case is soft and comfortable. The remote is naturally slippery, this cover will prevent slipping out of hand and sliding off furniture.It wasn't expensive compared to the benefit of not dropping or bending over to pick up constantly.The case is the proper size and easy to slip over the remote. The volume button was easy to find and worked properly under the case.

Perfect Fit
The fit is perfect. I was concerned with the fit and tactile of the volume buttons, since they are on the side and completely encased by the remote case. No worries, the fit and purpose is excellent and given the tactile feel of this case it is far superior to the original remote. A++!

Chromecast remote cover
It fits perfectly and it doesn't slip. Previously my remote fell to the floor 3 - 4 times a day and I'd have to find case, cover, & batteries. The cover was always coming off. With this silicon cover being one piece of it ever falls it will stay together. Love the feel of the case in my hand & that it stays where I put it with the patterned back. I'm not having to look to wherever it slid to with out this cover. I highly recommend it. The color is great it's easy to find where you set it.

WHY did I wait so long to learn about these???
I absolutely HATE the design of the Google Chrome cast remote. It's round, slippery, can't tell up from down, the buttons are so damn sensitive..... I finally was googling replacements for the damn remote as I am so tired of it slipping off the table, out of my hand, rolling under the couch...and I found this cover. Genius! It is easier to hold, I can easily see which way is up or down, I can push a button while it is on the table with out it skittering off the table...just wish I had it 4 years ago!
