I really love this valance. I wanted something light and semi see through to let the sunshine in. What I didnt expect is that these have a beautiful sheer to them - hard to see in the pictures but you can see in person. They brighten up the whole room. I am not big into tassles but these tassles are absolutely adorable. Probably need to hand wash though but who cares when you are totally satisfied with a purchase. I love the scalloping and am very happy that they are scalloped on the sides as well and not just on the bottom. Very happy and money very well spent.
