My foot had completely swollen after I sprained my ankle. I bought this straight away had it worked wonders much better than just getting a bag of peas on it.Just pop the gel pads in the freezer for 2 hours and it will last a good 15 minutes pop then back in the freezer and repeat. They do last longer than 15 minutes I just wouldn't recommend you keep it on any longer than that. ( remember to keep that foot elevated)Overall great product is a little uncomfortable to walk in however I don't believe you ment to walk with it on

I like the design that covers a large area. The problem is the ice effect lasts only 5 - 10 mins after one whole night freezing in the freezer. Very disappointed.

I had seen the Arris ankle/foot ice wrap and knew it was just what I needed when I sprained my foot recently. I ordered one and received it the same day. It is comfortable and easy to use. I placed it directly on the skin. The ice treatment has been very effective in reducing the swelling. It’s a well designed, good quality product, allowing for an ice pack and compression at the same time, and, though it’s recommended to elevate the foot in such cases, if you do need to move around, this is much neater and more convenient than having bags of frozen peas tied to your foot.With the swelling down, I’m now doing a heat treatment using the hot gel packs to promote blood circulation and relaxation to the area, which is said to accelerate healing, and I’m pleased to say it’s providing soothing pain relief.Another excellent product from Arris, and great customer service.

I had been searching the net to find something that will not only act as an ice pack to reduce swelling but also physically compress the swelling down all at the same time and this was the only one that was a perfect match. Eventhough my partners feet and ankle was really swelled it fit great and didnt feel like it was going to rip when pulled tight. The ice pack inside wrapped around his ankle and cool down his ankle all around. It's definitely a universal fit.One thing I would recommend is getting an extra Ice pack for each ankle wrap you get.

My daughter sustained an injury whilst running and I couldn't find our old ankle support. I ordered the ARRIS Ice Wrap and it arrived the next day. The quality, strength and stitching is superb as I expected as I already have the Knee Support from them. We've not used the heat gel pack yet but the ice pack did the perfect job on soothing my daughter's ankle and she's back in training again now.I'm glad I made the choice and shall continue to use ARRIS for such things.

Very comfortable, only awkward element is in principle needing to remove the ice packs each time, hence 4* vs 5*.

Bought this for broken ankle. A little fiddly to insert the ice packs but once in place the whole shoe can be placed in the freezer. If thinking of packs for further uses the one strip ones might be best.
