This is a awsome bbq but has one big flaw.Where most cheaper bbqs has a external handle fitted to hoist the roster up and down this one does not.If your coals are to hot or to cold you have to lift the roster by hand. The 2 handles they provide on the roster are obbiously flaming hot and so you will need gloves uo to your elbows and mind your eyebrows burning off.Not to mention the hoisting action. Its rubbish and dangerous.I can see a couple of blokes who had 1 too many ending up in a&e eith 2nd degree burns.It would nit have been such a big disapointment if the rest if the bbq was as poor.I took arvantage of the free assembly. The guys did a excellant job.

I was really excited to purchase this BBQ set — on paper, it seemed like the perfect all-in-one solution: gas, coal, smoker, and even a frying pan. Unfortunately, the reality was far from that promise.Straight out of the box, the build quality was concerning. The powder coating is thin and easily scratched, with small rust spots already visible. Assembly revealed poor design and engineering; tolerances are off, the offset smoker doesn’t seal properly, and many screws require awkward manual installation.When it came to cooking, the experience was frustrating. Even after a proper seasoning burn, the paint continued to release strong, toxic fumes. The gas burners struggled, with poor flow and uneven heat distribution — food boiled instead of grilling. The smoker leaked heat excessively due to flimsy materials, making it impossible to maintain temperature. The charcoal tray is poorly designed, with no safe way to adjust it without risking serious burns.Overall, this product feels like a rushed, unsafe, and under-engineered set. I can’t recommend it. If you’re after a 3-in-1 solution, you’re better off buying quality individual units.

We're very happy with this purchase, it's a fantastic BBQ. Used it a few times now, and it was always a successful result, food cooks evenly and quickly. Even the design matches our BBQ shelter 😁 The only negative side is the assembly. My husband has lots of tools, so we managed in about 2 hours, but if you're not an experienced person with assembling stuff, I suggest paying a lot of attention to the guide as it's not too easy to figure out. Other than this I absolutely recommend it 💯

Box came with a missing grill ( 1 out of a 3 part grill)

Good product but sadly had to send it back as it had a broken component and Amazon nor Tower could send me this one piece. Rather disappointed as the fix would have been much more cost effective than sending the whole unit back, (suspect it will end up as a stock loss and landfilled).

This BBQ was made for a man its solid made and easy to assemble but l feel for the price it should have come with a cover you have to buy seperate ..

Didn't get as far as assembling this BBQ as had rust blisters out of the box which suggests manufacturing & quality checks are not what they ought to be. Picked up with Tower direct to see if I could get a replacement lid as BBQ otherwise looked to be just what I was after but was asked to pick up with Amazon direct as they had no spare parts for this (despite being on sale direct from Tower). Unlike Tower direct, Amazon were very helpful in arranging pick-up return and refund so I will be looking for a different BBQ manufacturer as also noticed that other reviews note rust blisters.

We ordered the last BBQ available. It didn't come with the hose or regulator. It didn't have stainless steel drawers and both handles on the upper lids were not welded properly so were just hanging down. Tower manufacturers had no spare parts (as we didn't want to rebuild it again) and told us to go back to the company we bought it from.By the time we rang for a welding company and put together costs, Amazon had another one in stock which is due to arrive today. If this is faulty them we will be calling it a day and returning it (especially as it took a good 3 hours to build it in the first place)
