If you take this daily, it definitely helps mitigate your stress level and feelings of anxiety. It’s not a pharmaceutical so it does not give you instant relief which is why you consistently take this every day regardless if you are feeling anxious or not.Highly suggested.

This is literally the only thing that gets me through my day. I literally have no idea how I have lived this long without taking this. The days I don’t take it, I feel so much more stressed and easily triggered and irritated. (Of course it’s not going to cure your permanent bitch personality if that’s what you have..) But if you’re tired, stressed and your hormones are causing you to be a version of you that you don’t like.. I couldn’t recommend this enough.The days I don’t take it, I will end up crying.Take the damn pill. The end.

Okay so I’m anti big pharma, and I refuse to take anything that’s just gonna create other side effects for me to take another pill! I’m adhd and autistic so I have quite a bit of mental problems that I’m working on (along with rsd, pda, daily stresses and breakdowns, black and white type thinking sometimes, etc) and I’ve been taking this for 3 weeks now, I can genuinely say this is the first time I’ve actually met myself, without the burnout and other issues, I can still feel my emotions without them being so intense, I can calm myself easily and comprehend that things are okay, just overall this capsule is amazing, it does say take 3 but you’ll have to “trial and error” the amount until you figure out what works for you (I only take 2) but please if you’re struggling with regulating your mind and emotions PLEASE get this!!!!!!

Om is a newer brand for me, but reishi and ashwagandha are staples. I grow ashwagandha and get reishi in bulk from from mountain rose, and make a daily tea blend that includes several types of mushrooms and adaptogens, including reishi and ashwagandha. GABA is new to me.I have a high stress job, and appreciate anything that can reduce my stress. Ashwagandha and reishi are both excellent and clinically proven to reduce the fight or flight response, as is L-theanine. I'm not certain of the role of D3, B6 and magnesium though, and actually wish that they didn't have D3 - I take D3 already as I have dark skin and don't naturally produce enough vitamin D, regardless of how much time I spend in the sun. Though rare and unlikely, it *is* possible to overdose on vitamin D with potentially horrible consequences. Please be mindful if you're already taking a supplement with D in it.These require three pills per day. There are other, more affordable ways to get certified organic reishi and ashwagandha in one's diet. For that reason, I won't be adding these to my supplement list, but they are convenient and effective for times when I'm in a hurry and can't make tea.

Oddly these are more effective than klonopin or Xanax for me, and I don’t have any side effects.

This is discounted because it’s expired. Don’t bother buying. I tried some and got nothing out of it.

I did not find this to work as well as their other items. I did not find it to help with anxiety for myself, I think there may be other items that would help better with relaxing.
