Q: Why is it advertised as if it works on carpet? Didn't seem like the dog in the video knew what to do with it either

I have a Frenchie bulldog he loves this toy it sticks very well on concrete I just mash the suction cup down hard as I can o the concrete and he’s very stout sometimes he can get it pretty easy and sometimes not but he likes it go around and around slinging it in circles it’s hilarious!

Q: My 6 month dog destroyed the cord in about 30 seconds...should i return it?

I finally ended up cutting the cord from the suction cup and taking it off and put a knot in the cord where he just plays well with it and the ball he goes around in circles slinging it! He’s two!
