Quality TQ Pouch
The material feels strong and durable. I like how the top piece is elastic and sized slightly smaller than the top end of the TQ so it fits snug. I have had to go hands on with subjects, and the TQ pouch is secured to an HSGI Blowout Bleeder pouch on the right side of my vest and I have had zero issues with retention on the TQ itself. Why spend $35+ on the polymer TQ holder when this does the same job just as effectively for half the price.

Works for petite LEO's!
Received today. I'm a petite female LEO with very limited space to carry my gear. The increase in violence in my area has resulted in us needing tourniquets far more often than previously, but I was struggling to find a way to carry mine on my person at all times. We have new uniforms with less pocket space, new vests with new policy dictating only 3 pouches/items permitted on it, and my waist is too small to fit all my mandatory gear. I consider a tourniquet mandatory given what we do despite policy. So...this happens to fit the tiny area I had left and fully covers/protects my tourniquet from being damaged or wet. Thank you!!! I'll order a second one for just in case!

Nice Fit. easy to place on backpack shoulder straps.
I believe that this is an essential piece of kit to compliemnt you CAT Tourniquet. This holder allows easy fixing to Molle Vests and or Back packs to allow quick and easy retreival in an emergency. There is no point in having your tourniquet/ fiest aid equipment at the bottom of a fully laden back pack. The holder is the currect size for a CAT if the CAT Tourniquet is folder carefully in the correct way (detailed in the instruction manual that accompanies the CAT tourniquet). I fold mine for one handed use. The holder has a label: TQ (light green) on the outside for all to see that a Tourniquet is contained within, just in case someone needs to use it on you.

Good Product
I own several of these, can you ever have to many tourniquets, and they have a quality build. Like the drain hole and the connecting straps. The cover is snug so make sure you have the velcro on your TQ set up in the correct position.

Awesome pouch!
I love this pouch. I have the newer elastic version that has the pull through molle strap (no snap button). It is awesome. It fits super tight to be duty belt, no movement. The quick access tab allows me to quickly get my TQ out and the full coverage pouch protects it from the elements. Definitely recommend.

Possible QC issues.
I have several other pieces of equipment that I depend on that I have purchased directly from North American Rescue, including the CAT tourniquet that this pouch was meant for. They have all been in excellent condition and match the demands I require them for. However, I am wondering if this reseller is getting the QC rejects from NAR.My use of this pouch went exactly like this: Arrived on time - great. Packaging was fine. Was sealed in additional plastic - great. I brought it in, opened the plastic, figured out a way to use the MOLLE strap to secure it to my equipment, which I new was going to require some creativity for my purposes. Knew in advance that the button snap is off-center, so wasn't surprised when mine was as well. Placed my TQ in - fit well. Sat down for briefing, looked down to see stitching coming undone all around the TQ patch on the upper flap of the pouch. This was within 15 minutes of taking it out of the package and only putting the TQ in it to cause it any stretch or stress.Without the TQ patch, it's not readily identifiable as to what the pouch contains, which defeats the purpose if I am out of the game and I need someone to patch me up.I ended up cutting the rest of the stitching off (which is when I found out it is connected to the horizontal top enclosure). I cut some industrial velcro out to size, stuck the patch back on, and used the separation of the vertical and horizontal pieces to my advantage, looping the vertical underneath the horizontal, so that one pull on the vertical strap quickly opens the top of the pouch and access to the TQ.So, in relying on this product for such an important purpose, the stitching around the TQ patch should be much more durable...unless of course these are NAR rejects. Time will tell for durability of the rest of the product.

Fits duty belt requirement
I bought this to put on my duty belt and it works very well. Holds the tourniquet well, easy access and does not take up a lot of room. Like the soft case verse the hard case on duty belt. Good product. Will buy again.
