You may mix it with food and/or water; this is what I did.

Q: does it come in a sealed container

Yes. Our product came sealed with a glued, plastic seal which you pull off of the opening of the container once you remove the lid.

Q: What is oregon grape root? Is it related to grapes? Dogs shouldnt eat grapes.

This product has Oregon Grape Root in it which is NOT a grape but a plant root.According to Web M.D.: "Oregon grape is a plant. The root and root-like stem (rhizome) are used to make medicine.Oregon grape is used for stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach upset, as a bitter tonic, to treat infections, and to cleanse the bowels."

Q: Is this D-Mannose powder or does it contain D-Mannose?

It is a powder but I do not see D-Mannose on the ingredients list:Cranberry Extract 210mgEchinacea Purpurea 105mgVitamin C (from Ester-C) 34mgOregon Grape Root 34mg
