This book is packed with helpful information. It arrived on time and in perfect condition it will be in my reference section for forever.

I have found this book to be extremely helpful. The authors are amazingly right on. It has helped me personally immensely and I cannot thank them enough! It is for someone who has previous knowledge of Bach Flower Essences only and wants to expand it. The companion book is helpful and necessary IF you don't have other references and/or Bach information. It would be helpful if the two were combined as one needs to identify the issue and essence and then go to this book. Or actually this book and my physical symptoms have also helped me to identify my issue. It works both ways. This put Bach Flower Essences on a whole new level for me. For me it has made a huge difference and 'speeded' up the process of healing and wholeness.

If you want a book based on bach, this is the one. I massage rock rose for confidence and it works!

I leant my copy out and needed a new one- I love this book and use it often- this one was in great shape and arrived quickly. The theory is with Bach essences that each essence corresponds with a specific emotion. In this book, each area on the body map corresponds with a specific essence... therefore an emotion as well. It's always been very accurate for me and friends who are open to it. :)

I'm so happy that Kramer's 2 books were discussed in a BF Remedy group I'm in on Facebook. I'm so grateful for his work and to have these in my collection. Absolutely loving them so far, it's information I cherish!

Wonderful

The authors gives a great insight of how to use the Bach flower essences in other ways than the oral use. I have already tried out the advice there and I have been able to help many people. Of course, it doesn't do miracles with all patients but I would definitely recommend this book to all people who would like to help themselves and others break free from healing blocks and emotional stresses.

Amazing detail of body mapping relating to each remedy - I found it fascinating. You will need a partner book about the remedies if you want to know about them. The order of the book was slightly puzzling - you need to go to the back to find the anatomy diagrams of each body part and remedy number of the area which is causing you a problem. Immediately before that section is a one page list of the numbered remedies - which I kept a bookmark in to keep flipping back to in order to identify the remedy. You then go to the beginning section of the book where repeat diagrams show how to precisely locate each area - this section is in remedy alphabetical order. The book lacks nothing in detail - I am now experimenting in practice! This is a departure for me as I had only ever used the remedies based on an emotional picture and like everyone came down to a few core remedies which suited. The nature of this book is to nominate remedies based on precise areas of the body. I appreciate that emotional stress can be held in body areas as well as the mind so am trying remedies I haven't used before - interesting experiment!

It’s a wonderful book. I have gifted these books to many people, earlier. Now the cost has increased to more than double.

I've been using the Bach Flower Remedies for 20 years and was happy to see that this book was available. It is incredibly helpful in diagnosing and general usage. It's nice to see a section on auras included. A must-have for anyone who knows how helpful Dr. Bach's Remedies are and for those who are interested in non-invasive, extremely effective treatments.
