Not going to look good even with a coat of paint
The quality of this product was far below what we expected. I noticed the price has been dropped substantially, which is probably more in line with its low level of quality. We ordered two. One came damaged as it had been stepped on. I looked at how the disk had failed, and looked at the material, and came to the conclusion that these really were not worth what we had paid and were likely to look terrible even with a coat of paint. The embossing is just not clear or crisp. Its like the mould for this medallion has been used too many times and is no longer capable of producing clear detail. If you do not care what it will look like in the end, it is probably worth spending the $12.

Looks ok..
I would like to emphasize that this product is hollow inside, just a thin plastic molding of the shape. Therefore, the shape will have a bit of deformation or bent under uneven pressure. In fact, it looks kind of cheap if you look close but it does its job anyway.
