I am interested in the pvc that goes on the sides of my current blinds to block light. can they come without the adhesive?

These come with adhesive to stick them. They don’t have holes for drilling. And since they are PVC I would becareful of cracking them if that’s what you choose to do

They have adhesive on one side to allow them to stay in place on each side of the window frame. Really work to block the light on the sides of the blind.

Will this product interfere with tilting the window inward to clean the outside glass?

I would think so. It adheres to the walls of the window opening. Don’t see how you could tilt the glass without hitting it. The other option is to buy the ones with a magnetic tape that you could just remove as needed.
