Great for upgrading tired brakes
There are a number of options under this product, so had to double-check I was buying the correct set. I opted for the higher quality set with the 72mm blocks. All metal construction, fitted my 15 year-old mountain bike perfectly and a noticeable upgrade on the originals. Really pleased with the purchase and because it was fulfilled by Amazon it arrived later the same day. Great value.

All you need in the box
I've bought two sets of these and both been brilliant. The first set was without levers and set up was a doddle and the second set came with levers and was just as straight forward.The stopping power might not be quite up there with the more expensive offerings but more than good enough for most bike rides.

Good brakes that double up as a train horn
I mean the brakes do their job but man is the "quiet" part of the description inaccurate.Pros: I don't need to buy a separate hornCons: the entire neighborhood knows when I'm slowing down

Complete brake service set - ok value for money if they work for you
After buying a second hand bike I needed to give it a full service. These brakes are great value for money and even include new brake cables. Easy to fit, like-for-like, and include all fittings and even the crimp ends for the brake cable to stop it fraying. For the money and absolute bargain. Perfect for replacing tired and rusty fittings.Edit: The spring adjustment is poor and slips off the tension screw which renders the adjustment useless. I had to send the brakes back under warranty for a refund.
