I purchased this to use on our Viking stove griddle. I was very pleased with the quality of this cover. It’s heavy & sturdy with a nice heat resistant handle. It serves the purpose of shielding grease as well as enhancing cooking, yet at the saved time looks great. It was an added bonus that it came with a cast iron smash burger tool. I have already used both and they get the job done, as well as ckean up easily.

The dome is exactly what I needed for my grill in the middle of the stove. It contains the splatter perfectly. It is the right size and easy to clean. The grill press is great for the turkey burgers and chicken. Its a good purchase.

Sturdy product. I placed a Tritip on a rack on my flattop grill and used the cover to retain heat. It cooked to perfection!

I was hesitant to order this set because I thought maybe the covers were too big but they’re great for my flat top grill escapades. I’ve used it to keep rice from drying out by adding some water and just letting it covered and for melting cheese on chicken breasts. It cleaned up easily and was ready for the next grilling! The press is a good heavy weight and slashes burgers out perfectly.

The press is definitely heavy-duty. The dome is a nice size. Definitely works well.

Overall very good, does great for my Blacksone. Have to just be careful when cleaning and drying to put it away the rolled edge traps water and grease
