I had gotten these holders the altar for my grandma who passed away. Don't fooled by the picture, the candles I had gotten for these holders were a bit thinner then expected, and these candle holders would be perfect for the width of most pillar candles. The Holders are light weight, but sturdy and well made, but have a decent weight to them too with the candles; so I don't worry about my cat knocking them over. Material seems to be very saw dusty though, so I bet they are a light wood. The look is very nice and will likely fit the photo frame I ordered with it. It suits the rest of my grey oak furniture so can't complain. Overall, very pleased.

i bought this to redesign my entry way hall table. I needed something around 6 inches tall so that I can have varying and interesting heights on it. There was only this off white and I spray-painted it gold to match my interior colours. I also bought a cranberry coloured candle to put in the candle holder. It looks great! I'd highly recommend.
