Simple to use
Quite hot water and mould them around your teeth I used my fingers to help don't bite together to hard until set

Does the job for a great price!
Does the job! You may do a better job, but as the size shrank in the hot water, on my second go/guard, I only partially moulded it. It stays in place over night & in my opinion provides the basic protection I need & feels comfortable. Even tho they are meant to be for my upper teeth, I use them for the bottom. I’m pleased with this product & it was delivered on time

Superb replacement
I wasn’t expecting much given it’s not from my dentist but I love this, easy to fit to teeth once it’s been in the hot water. Very comfy to wear. I’ve chewed quite hard on it and it’s still retaining it’s shape. I would definitely recommend, and I’m going to buy another set to save the horrendous replacement cost from the dentist. Amazing price. I am very happy and just delighted with this product.

Really comfortable
This is my first set of off the shelf bite guards. Didn't expect them to be so comfortable. Immediately stopped me grinding. Excellent value.
