A Quality Oil Paint
This is a nice buttery oil paint that is wonderful for painting skies. It can, of course, be mixed with other colors for different hues. I believe it is similar to other blues described as Royal Blue.

I needed this to follow a class. The color and quality is a good price. I believe the pigment is more intense and higher quality than their 1890 series which I also use and have been happy with.
