What animal hide is used for the hair on leather?

It’s actually made of goat hide. I received mine today- they say it’s a calf because it’s a small goat hide. Markings on it are only that of a goat unfortunately by the dark fur midline that only goats have.

Can you provide a piece in Tan at least 30 x 33" without significant imperfections? Also, is this pull-up leather?
