A kit of spare parts
I strongly suspect I have been supplied with a frankenstein product, cobbled together from spare parts.Upon first opening the case I noticed that the drill was just thrown in and not neatly held in place. After that with no amount of juggling around was I able to get the DCD709 drill to sit neatly and properly in the supplied case. The supplied case was a DeWalt N826153. A quick look online showed that this case was compatible with and intended for the DCH series of drills, not the DCD. I then saw that the product sticker on the underside of the case had been placed over a sticker for a DCH product. I was only able close the lid with items carefully but loosely placed into certain positions in the case. This is rubbish. That can be marketplace traders for you. It's going back!
