This product was broke when I received it through the mail

I bought this strap from July/2021 and it is still intact. After 9 months I am going to buy another one because the metal ring broke into two pieces. Although it is broken, it still works because the magnetism comes from inside the tips and not from the metal rings. I want to highlight that in these 9 months they have never lost their color nor have the rings rusted. This product is of GREAT QUALITY!

I bought them for my daughter and she likes the magnet. she uses it to go to her school since in the past she lost a pair and I say ... no longer mass ... good invention
