Nordic Ware 91377 Nordicware 9 Cup Bundt Quartet Pan, Gold

With rising mailing costs, I needed a smaller sized pan for the heavy fruitcakes I make as gifts for my fruitcake-loving family members. This 4-up pan was perfect and baked evenly in a slow oven. The very pretty, hollow style, classic bundt designs came out beautifully (even on this very fruit-heavy cake) and better yet - it didn't stick or break apart, which was always a problem in my old pans! I did pre-spray heavily with baking spray (with flour in it) before filling it and let it cool for a long time. It was so easy coming out when I flipped it, that I almost lost a cake flying out the first time I baked. Since then, I turn slowly and close to the rack. It's a large pan, solid, well-built pan, but it centered well in my old oven. I love it!

WOW WOW WOW!!!! I am just getting into quality bakeware and this was worth every penny. It was less expensive on here than the website direct. It was so super easy to use. A few tips use Bakers Joy baking spray and then a light dusting of flour. I followed the recipe that came with it and I had to add an extra 10 mins bake time to let the cakes set. I did the 25 mins plus another 10. Wait and let the cakes cool for 10-20 mins before you place them on the cooling tray and then let the pan air dry. The baked bits will just flake off with your finger. Wipe it clean with a paper towel and then use some soapy water and rinse it out. No need to really scrub at all. I also used a soft bottle brush to give it that quick wash. Not harsh at all and got into the crevices. Not like that really needed to be clean. This little pan is such a gem. Amazing quality and heavy too! This is the kind of product that is heirloom. It also makes you feel so fancy and elegant so effortlessly. I skipped the glaze and just did a light dusting of powdered sugar. Beautiful little masterpieces! Looking forward to more pieces as the years go on. You won’t regret this purchase. Lovely little bundtlette pans! I don't have access to baking sprays, but baker's grease (1 tbsp melted butter: 1 tbsp flour) applied with a pastry brush made the cakes pop right out. These pans can fit batter from a recipe for 18 mini bundts and 3/4 of a standard bundt recipe. I baked at 350°F for roughly 35 minutes and rotated the pan halfway through. Cool 5 minutes on a cooking rack, then invert.

I delayed buying this for so long, but am glad I finally did. All the bakers in my family raved about it. Perfect for making mini cakes for gift giving or for small families, and a labor saver! Heavy duty and such high quality, will be a family heirloom. Clean up is easy. Use Baker's Joy flour/veg oil spray, nothing sticks!

I love this pan. I can take a standard cake mix or recipe and divide it evenly between the 4 cavities of this pan and end up with 4 cakes that are the perfect size for a dessert for two to four people, depending on their will power. The only difference I've noticed is that, since this pan's sections don't have the same opening through the middle of each cake, like a regular Bundt pan does, the cakes will rise like crazy, making you think that they are going to overflow. Mine didn't, but I'll admit I was worried that I had overfilled them with the heavy batter of my wine cake recipe. You definitely want to use Cake Goop (look online for the recipe, it is a lifesaver and easy to make) and a pastry or silicone brush to apply it lightly to the pan before filling. If you do this, your cakes will pop right out of the pan, even gluten-free ones, which are notoriously hard to get out in one piece. If I were you I would also invest in the Nordic Ware Bundt pan cleaning tool, which makes getting into the little crevices to clean the pan much easier. Just hide it so that your non-baking spouse or children don't use it for scrubbing grout or something equally infuriating, and don't put it in the dishwasher to clean it, either!

I love Nordic Ware cake pans and own too many. I love the quality of them all. However, this one came to me with nicks and dings and little areas where the top layer has chipped a bit. But in terms of the pan itself, had it come in pristine condition, it would have gotten 5 stars for sure. I think perhaps this pan got a bit damaged while stored in the warehouse? I love that there are 4 different styles of cake molds. They are all beautiful molds as well. Nordic Ware does not use PTFE or PFOA in their bakeware which I like. The individual sized cakes in this mold is enough for 2-3 people or 1 hungry person. These can be used to make cakes, panna cotta, jellos and muffins. As with all the Nordic Ware molds, it is very easy to demold with Pam baking spray. I have never had a failure using Pam in NW molds. I leave the baked goods in the pan for about 10 minutes to cool before I just turn it upside down onto a plate.

You know this is quality the minute you touch it. It's heavy and you know it will never warp. It will be something you can pass down for generations. Each cavity is beautifully designed. To ensure every cake comes out perfectly without sticking. Spray liberally just before adding batter. Don't spray at the beginning and set the pan aside like so many recipes direct. Wait until your ready to pour the batter in then really spray these cavities down. Also, it's quite wide. So, when your 3/4 way done. Turn your pan 180 degrees for even baking from front to back. I noticed half my pan that was closer to the door and farther from my convection fan was less done. Just a few tips for this spectacular cake pan. Buy it, you won't be sorry. Then glaze or dust, don't frost. Then cakes are just too pretty to hide.

It's a good Bundt cake pan

Die Backform ist einfach großartig. Wunderschöne kleine Kuchen. Die Form lässt sie perfekt handhaben. Ich fette mit selbstgemachten Backtrennmittel ein. Nach dem Backen die warme, nicht heiße, Form im Wasser einweichen und Teigrückstände lösen sich mühelos. Die kleinen Kuchen sind ein Hingucker auf jeder Kaffeetafel, ergänzen das Kuchenbuffet und passen überall dazwischen. Ich backe meist 4 unterschiedliche Sorten. Die Lieferung erfolgte flott und die Form kam in einem einwandfreien Zustand an.

This is a great bundt pan. I love it for christmas and special occasions. It makes the cutest little cakes and when you decorate them they look amazing. The cakes are a huge hit with little kids as well, so great for b-day parties. It's not the easiest to clean , takes some time. So I leave it soak for a few hours and wash it with a gentle sponge so as not to scratch the surface. I definitely recommend this pan!

I love this pan sooo much. It really is excellent, a bit pricey for me but well worth it as the end results are amazing 😍 especially if you use a spray cake release with it.
