Delivery Fauxpas
The unit arrived damaged and of course, didn’t learn until fully opened up the box. I plugged in the unit and after a long while, I placed a couple items to freeze over night. In the morning, I checked the freezer and the unit was running smoothly and the items were frozen. I have not decided if I’m keeping the unit simply because the dent is visible and I’d prefer to pay for an undamaged product but repackaging the freezer for exchange is such a hassle. I’ll se if I can live with the dent. Thankfully, the unit is working properly. Wish the transportation company had been more careful.

Disappointed
I originally posted a review saying I liked this freezer. It's now 11 months later and my freezer died. I lost an entire freezer full of food! Unfortunately I didn't buy a warranty. I did expect it to last more than 11 months.

Great buy
Works great. It’s been three months now and no frost. And now I get ice cream that’s hard. This has been a good buy so far. Arrived packed well and undamaged. I waited two days before plugging in just to be safe. The 5-cubic foot size is perfect for a single person

Works good - came with some dents. Temperature control isn’t the best.
It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for.I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. If it’s out of view, not a big problem.

Very Quit!
This is the 3rd freezer I had sent to me.. 1st two were smaller from a different company, they both vibrated and rattled very loud when running.. sent them back.This one is sooo quiet, had to put my ear up to it to make sure it was running. It's taller but glad, it has more room for the meat I get on sale!! It was in super condition. No scratches or dents. 🌞👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
