Anti Inflammatory
This tea actually helps with information. I drink it at night before bed and wake up feeling great. It’s pretty mild for having black pepper in it, and goes great with a splash of Almond Milk.

Turmeric tea
Great tasting tea. The tea bag is a bit flimsy so be careful when you stir. Strong turmeric taste but still great.

Inflammation much better!
I have very bad arthritis. It causes inflammation in my back, knees, hands and feet. Since drinking this tea, the inflammation has improved! I am able to walk without limping and the pain has subsided. I have now signed up for a subscription to get this tea once a month. Thank you!
