I think these work. I like to, how do I say this, bake in the evening? This can make getting out of bed the next morning a bit difficult coz those cakes are gooood. Brain fog first thing. Lethargic. Tienen propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Ayudan a tu sistema inmunológico y nervioso, reducen el colesterol, y la fatiga, controlan tu presión arterial, son beneficiosos para tu hígado y en la actualidad se están estudiando sus propiedades en la enfermedad de Alzheimer, el cáncer y el herpes. Este complejo lleva 120 cápsulas y la dosis es de 2 cásulas diarias lo cuál quiere decir que el paquete dura dos meses. Por otro lado cada cápsula contiene 1200 mg de hongos.
