Mob Grip Clear Grip Tape - 10" x 33"

I’ll admit, I was very skeptical at first about buying this because there were a lot of reviews complaining about it coming in poorly rolled. And because it was poorly rolled, it came with creases.Mine arrived with creases. I was a bit bummed out about it at first, But then I had the idea to lay the griptape out onto the floor, and put a box over it to flatten it. After a day, the creases were gone! They were barely there anymore.Also, every review and videos I see about clear grip, the final product after putting it on the board looks all white and air-bubbly. That’s because they’re applying the grip as if it’s regular griptape.I applied mine starting from one end, and I slowly patted it down with my hand until I got to the other end. And it came out all clean, no complaints.I highly recommend this clear griptape! Great price and good brand.

I asked my friend who has experience building boards for a recommendation of the best clear grip tape and this was his response. I had read the reviews and saw that it might come creased, and although I can see how that would be a big if you were using this as intended, I wasn't too worried about it since I only needed small usable sections; I wanted to use this to add some traction to my titanium scaled Spyderco Endura and it turned out awesome. Best part is that when the grip tape eventually wears out or gets too dirty I can just replace it as I have a ton left over. I wouldn't hesitate to put this on the top of a board with a graphic or nice pattern on-top though; it's obviously not crystal clear with the grit, but it should be plenty clear enough.

Like that you can custom your boards and place a clear grip on top. Easy to install.Used it on my terrible purchase of an ELOS board… the whole thing is junk but the deck. Everything was replaced on the board. Thus, I refuse to show advertise their logo.Looks good on my cruiser board!

I bought this grip tape because i wanted to try the mob brand's clear grip tape. It came nicely rolled no creases and applied extremely easily without any bubbles. The grit on it is very coarse and actually cut my hand up pretty well when carrying my board. The grip is fairly clear the skull image on my board shows through beautifully. So far I've only skated on it a little bit so at the moment I have no clue as to how long it will last, I may post an updated review further down the line.

I don't know if this is the new formula or the old formula but it is decently clear. It is also super grippy, it's more grippy then my other Mob grip tape on my other decks. It almost too grippy for my taste. The only issue I have is the shipper put a crease in the middle of the tape.

I adhered this to my electric scooter foot plate and it holds me in place, wet or dry. The material it's made from is durable and does not wear down like black tape. I would say it's 80 grit
