little bit of a rattle on the band clasp, but other than that solid design, great illumination at night, clear and easy to read

I bought this watch, just over a year ago. The battery quit in the first 3 months, replaced it, worked fine. Now the knob for setting the watch broke off. Watch quit working and will most likely be more to fix than it is worth. I bought this watch because I own 2 S&W rifles and they are great firearms. This junk should not have smith & Wesson stamped on it.

This is a good timepiece and it is easy to read the time at night. Two things are bothering me, one is the fact that the orange 12 o'clock tritium tube is in the 3 o'clock position and the other one is that the date display is way to small to read easily without some sort of magnifier.

This watch is very lightweight. Very similar in style to the Luminox 3001, but only has Tritium illumination on the 3, 6, 9, and 12 positions, and the hands. There is additional photo luminescent illumination on the remaining hour markers, and the tick on the rotating bezel. Keeps accurate time. Very attractive watch without being audacious.

Let's start with the negatives. Hmm ... I can't think of any. As for positives, there are many. First, this watch glows wonderfully, and is easy to read at night. (I keep it on my nightstand by my bed, and it makes a better "clock" than anything I've ever owned. The finish is perfect, it keeps accurate time, and it looks fantastic on my wrist. I wavered between this watch and the Luminox (which a friend at work has) and I am very very pleased with my choice: this watch is dressier and much nicer looking. IT IS A CLASSIC!
