Dieses Buch ist eines der besten Bücher, die ich in letzter Zeit gelesen habe. Es ist leicht geschrieben und schnell gelesen, beinhaltet aber sehr tiefgründige Prinzipien wie man im Leben wirklich das erreicht, was man möchte. Hier sind die Kernpunkte: 1. Be aware of the odd of things (what is your success rate %) 2. Find out the cause of cause (what matters most?) 3. Make others around you successful (co-workers, customers, suppliers, the world) 4. 7-Point Program for a sharper mind: Yoga, Meditation, Ethic code, Learning, Serve, Eat skillfully, Relax 5. Stop making decissions (about irrelevant things) 6. Start loading actions (care for others' success) 7. Use problems to find out what's wrong with you 8. Reinvest your karma Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die eine frische Sicht auf Erfolg haben möchte.

I confess that I actually purchased this kindlebook that Karmic Management What Goes Around Comes Around In Your Business and Your Life by Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally, and Michael Gordon intuitively and logically aware that I’m well outside the targeted demographic for this kindlebook because I am still in progress/in the process of improving my leadership and management skills. Still, this kindlebook helped remind me that I could at least do some good using more of my free time to be a volunteer more frequently rather than stew over what I can do at my current employment/career/professional level and I intend to keep this kindlebook for my own present and future reference. The jury is still out on how I feel about certain details included on one of the companies featured in this kindlebook still there was helpful andor compelling information to include the following: circumstances that indirectly influenced part of the how and why they came across the concept of karmic management, what the authors mean by their idea of a to-do list, playing the odds, the personal toll of playing the odds, the social cost of playing the odds, what the authors mean when it comes to a justice to things, karmic business partners (the authors section some of the ideas via customers, suppliers, the world), the authors view about competition, what the authors mean by keeping on learning, and more.

Thank you very much, was waiting for this book so patiently. It took almost a month to arrive in Spain, but definitely worth it! The book had some words written by the owner. Thank you so much again, can't wait to start to read it!
