Easy, works with most compressing tools.
I work with CAT5-E and CAT6 for a living and these work great. I can slide the pairs in easy and crimp them no problem with most compressing tools. The best feature, the internal guides to help make it easy. 100% better than the accessory guide you have to slide on before the actual connector. This bypasses the need for that extra step.

They work... With decent cable
Love them but be sure to have quality cable when trying to use these. They aren't so good with mediocre quality cable. But they're cheap and they work otherwise!

Worked great for my project...
I didn't want to buy hundreds of these connectors to save money. This was just the right amount for my needs, a quality product, and a great price point.

Six months later... disapointment
These seemed okay at first but now many of the retaining clips are breaking off. Compared to more expensive RJ45 connectors we use at work you can feel the difference in the thickness and spring tension of the clips.I thought I'd be okay at home as I didn't plan to make a lot of changes in my home network but this weekend after improving my cabling runs and pulling them through newly installed conduit I found a number of the clips on these connectors broke off as I unplugged them from my switch at the start of this project. In my home environment that isn't a big deal as I'll just crimp on new ones and hope not to unplug my cables from the patch panel ever again. However if I had the opportunity to make this purchase again I'd look to better quality connectors. With the clips broken off I could cut off the connectors and be more aggressive re-running my cabling so I guess that is a positive?In a work environment I'd be hesitant to use these unless you know you can terminate and plug them in once and never touch them again.
