Vie After Bite Roll On, 20ml

I never really bought anything online until now, for my 2 month old baby he has bug bites and this really helped Him with the itching thanks so much I'm about to purchase these more often!!

I was bitten by a yellow fly and applied this roll-on together with alcohol sanitizer. Itchy feeling was not gone. But my leg didn't swell as usually with yellow fly bites.

Only used once so I can't say one way or the other. However, after using it the one time, I felt liquid on my hand. I thought maybe the bottle was very full since it was brand new. Then the second time it happened again and there was some of the product running down the side of the bottle. I looked at the top and saw that one of the threads was either slit or cracked. Whatever the cause, liquid was escaping and running down the side of the bottle and then my hand.So, I want a replacement or a refund. I did not keep the packaging so if you need to have this returned, please send me the postage and what I will need to contain it and pack it. If you want to refund my purchase price, please do that. In any event, it is not usable as it is and I need your action on this. Please reply.

Package leaked. And then using it the second time the ring that holds the ball in fell off and the liquid all fell out, making a mess. It did seem to work the first time, and has a reasonably pleasant soap-like smell.

Useless. It does no effect

It's gentle enough for the baby and the redness goes back in very little time.

I don't really feel the difference with or without it

It helped calming toddler from scratching so much and healed bites.
