Excellent stain remover

Leaves fine scratches and lot of residue on glass.
This does not seem and also do not feel 0000 grade. I tried to remove hard water stains from my car's side mirrors, windscreen and windows. I can notice fine scratches everywhere.Even after using water and ensuring the surface is not dry, the scratches could not be avoided. Plus this leaves a lot of residue and powdering. The packaging also has lot of powdered wool.
