Definitely will purchase again.
After several months of using this my "go to" end grain cutting board is like a properly waxed car..... everything slides off with a gentle warm soapy rinse. Excellent product.

Much better than mineral oil
We turned a large elm stump into our kitchen butcher block. We let it dry for 5 years, then I started by using mineral oil. It drank up two quarts! I wanted to finish with something that would provide a more durable and less oily surface. This butcher block finish came highly recommended and it's worked great for my stump. I chop on it daily and water beads up on it and it cleans easily and doesn't feel oily. When it gets to looking dry I just add another coat. The picture is from right after applying it. It is a little oily until you buff it off (I wait 8 hours or overnight), so I put plastic under my decorative items to protect them until then.
