Listen, I didn’t just unclog a drain, I waged war on a decade of hair, soap scum, and mystery goo that had taken up permanent residence in my bathroom tub. And with Zep Crystal Heat, I won. i'm not a professional (but my father in law is) and we had an issue with a clogged pipe in our tub. We tried everything (CLR, hot water and peroxide to name a few) and the best we got was a reprieve for a month at the best and a couple of weeks at the worst. HOWEVER, this product fixed it for good. Our problem was unique but it still took a few attempts with this product but it is now a non-issue. 1) make sure you cover the drain after pouring it in and adding the water because it is very corrosive 2) make sure you have a mask or DO NOT BREATHE IN because a couple times there was a significant poof of air from it (that I imagine I don't want to breathe in) 3) again, it took several attempts so depending on how severe your problem is, be patient. Each time I used it, the problem went away for a bit but came back -- eventually it did fix it completely (we haven't had an issue for more than 6 months with NO problem). We tried other products for a long time but nothing gave a permanent fix other than this And again, this was recommended by my father in law who remodels bathrooms for a living.

I was skeptical about this product but It actually works. I would suggest that you wear a mask while using the product and leave the room after you have poured it down your drain.

It works really well. Just be careful with the fumes that it produces.
