Q: Why can't I wash it in the washer

I would and have washed any stuffed animal that says do not machine wash as long as its not musical and your washer is a front load no agitator they come out just fine on delicate cycle.

Q: how well are th eyes attached?

They are very well attached, I think anything with Disney endorsement will be safe, tested and very well made

Q: Does this one have the beads in his feet and rear?

I bought it as a gift . I don't remember any beads see any beads on the bear .

Q: Is this item non-toxic?

I can't find any information on his tag that says he is non toxic but he is machine washable.
