I have been taking this supplement for sometime now. Price is great, tastes good, dissolves fast! I only take one, it boosts my energy. (I have taken 2 before and it makes me a little bit racey). Definitely recommend!

This product has changed my life. Apparently, I need a lot of vitamin B12 and have trouble absorbing it gastrointestinally. This product means the difference between an energetic, productive day and one with diminished productivity.
