Extremely Happy with the product. It looks exactly same as described in the picture. Cushions are attached so little bit difficulties while cleaning or dusting, Over all its a very nice product.

My sister bought this sofa from Amazon and I liked it so much that I called the guy and asked if he can customise one for me based on the same design. The sofa itself is great. It's in two parts and the ottoman is the third part. They used the fabric swatch I asked for and made the sofa as per my room dimensions. The only major change I requested was to have fibre cushions at the back instead of foam but my sofa is the same as this in all other respects. They delivered the sofa in November 2022 but I wasn't home to see it assembled but paid them before seeing it assembled. This is when my issues started. While the sofa itself is great, the fact that it's in two parts which can't be attached to each other is a problem. The sofa pieces are not heavy enough to stay in place so while sitting on it, the pieces keep drifting apart leaving a gap through which things can fall down or which make it uncomfortable to sit if you're in the middle. 6 months later, the wheel of the bed section also broke. I reached out multiple times over months to get them to solve both these problems even offering to pay for the service. They would promise to come but never show up. I finally gave up and hired another carpenter to fix the wheel (the entire wood base had splintered)It's been a year of using the sofa, I tried buying velcro to fix the parts together but that hasn't worked. We have to smoosh the pieces together on a daily basis but other than that it's still a great sofa. Comfortable to sit and sleep on. Just a word of warning on the seller. Once they get their money, they wash their hands off the whole situation and there's zero assistance to be expected for aftercare/service.
