I've had this phone for about 3 weeks now. Everything works just as good as if it were brand new. I did find one small scratch on the back, but only after careful examination with a 10x magnifying glass and a bright light.Battery life has been acceptable and I can get through a full day without an issue, but it does tend to drop quite a bit faster while gaming. I still get through the day, but my idea of getting through a day properly is it still being over 50% at the end of the day.I bought a 15.6" 1080p portable monitor to go with this, as well as a slim keyboard and mouse, and Samsung DeX is making me more productive without me having to pull out and power up my laptop. This phone is still fast enough for 2024 or even 2025. Running Android 13, but that's fine with me considering the price it costs.The camera works great, including the zoom functions. After 3 weeks of loading up everything on this and testing everything, it's a workhorse. This is how I want to buy all my phones from now on. Get a flagship for a budget phone price. Can't beat that with a stick, folks!Not all sellers are created equal, and the reviews don't always say who the seller is. My seller was TeeEra Shop, and they did a top-notch job on this. I had initially ordered from a different seller, and they sent the wrong model and the phone was coming unglued and separating. Before buying, see who the seller is on the actual item you are purchasing, then check the customer reviews on it. I learned after the fact that my initial seller had a lot of bad reviews from people with bad experiences.Overall, this Amazon Renewed program is fantastic, and I plan on using it a lot. Just check seller reviews to make sure you're getting one of the top trusted sellers and you should be fine. Even with the bad sale on the first item, I was able to return to Amazon for a refund and then get the dream phone that I have now.

The phone arrived in excellent condition. It's been working great. There are a couple small annoyances with the phone itself, that have nothing to do with the seller. The fingerprint and facial recognition are set up but rarely unlock the screen. It's frustrating to have to type in my passcode every time, but overall I'm pretty happy with the phone, which was an upgrade from my Note 8 (which is still like new and I honestly still loved but my husband insisted on getting me a new phone since the model was getting old and ran on an older operating system while not having 5G like this one). There have also been a couple times when it has been connected to my car's bluetooth and allows me to dial via my car's system, but then doesn't go thru the speakers. I've had to hang up on the call and redial, then it works fine.

What a nice phone it looks brand when I received it. I love this phone it charges really fast just wish the battery life was a little bit longer.

I purchased this product set it up I understand that it is renewed which I'm fine with so I switched my phone over everything works perfectly fine except after about a week the camera kept failing every time I opened it Factory defaulted it talked to Samsung they told me to factory default it but the camera just keeps constantly failing every time I try to open it now.I tried to return it but they said it has to be in the original box which I didn't keep and I don't think many people do because I assumed it was going to work and they would charge me a 50% restocking fee not quite sure what to do at this point but I will not be buying from them again.

Renewed phone looked good cosmetically, but screen was full of burned on images, very annoying!

I bought this phone as a business phone to supplement my iPhone 13 Pro Max because I needed to run apps that iPhone does not allow or charges more than double. With the exception of the face recognition, this phone is a good business device. I wanted a phone that I could use a SD card which iPhone does not. This phone has 16GB of Ram and 512GB of storage. With my 512GB SD card, I have over 1TB of storage. Just what I needed without all the iPhone fluff!
