This is a very well made Sturdy pitcher made so that when you pour there is no way it can come out of the top. It is semi-transparent and you can not only see the content line but you can also see if you've got debris or clumps forming.The handle is great for men or women's hands. The counter balance while pouring is great.This is thick plastic, not the flex type regular utility pitchers.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to measure and transfer bulk motor oil for oil changes on my vehicles. The overall design features are just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this leaks where the liter/quart markings are molded into the side of the pitcher as shown in video - the plastic is too thin! Since many other reviewers have had the same experience, I assume the manufacturer wants the customer to do quality control for them and would prefer to ship defective products.. For this price point, the manufacturer should add a few more cents worth of plastic to the thickness of the molding -enough to prevent the leaks. I returned the defective one, and will try another and hope for better quality! UPDATE: The replacement item has the exact same defect and leaks in the same location. Returning for a refund.

As other reviewers have noted, mine also came with a missing cap for the spout. I will find a substitute because it's less of a hassle than returning it. The large fill cap at the rear is there, but it doesn't seal tight anyway. You definitely wouldn't want this container to get knocked over because the contents are guaranteed to leak out. The blow-molding is also a little inconsistent, resulting in some areas being thicker than others and it's noticeably thin around the graduation marks. It's marked as being compatible with both gasoline and oil, but I don't plan on storing anything in it long-term anyway. I bought this strictly to fill kerosene lamps and and a heater, so it should work fine for that, at least until it doesn't.

I ordered two of these. I like the design and price, but the first time filled them with water one of them leaked out all the way down to about 4 inches from the bottom and made a pretty nice puddle on my kitchen floor. I found the source to be a pinhole in one of the embossed(?) numbers marking the fill level. I caught these on sale in the fall and didn't have any use for them until this spring, so I, unfortunately, missed my return window. Be sure to test yours when you get it!

Works well. Plenty of capacity and very easy to pour, hold, and fill.

Nice quality heavy plastic pitcher. Should work well for oil changes. Mine arrived with the large black screw-on cap missing, thus the 4 star rating. No worries though, a lid from a plastic container of planters dry roasted peanuts worked just fine!edit: Wanted you to know that I emailed WirthCo and asked about the missing screw-on cap. They immediately sent me one at no cost! This is a company that stands behind their products and I will certainly do business with them in the future. I highly recommend this company and their products. They were easy to contact and stand behind their products!

My brand-new jug, first fill started leaking at the 2-liter mark. Returned it, and ordered another one, well that leaked too at the 2-liter mark, wtf. I do not know why companies will not mark the lines black for quarts and liters, the lines are always the color of the jug. I always have to highlight the lines/marks with a black magic marker. The main fill cap has no rubber seal. The top of the jug has no vent so the oil flows easily when you pour. This is not worth $25. I do not get why this jug is getting the 4 1/2-star reviews it is getting. Stay away Buy another Brand.
