How to use: 1. Using the green steel scraper, scrape some magnesium off the outer part of the rod onto tiny tinder (crumpled up dried leaves, grass, paper, etc.) 2. Using the same steel scraper, scrape the rod in a quick forcible motion to create a high-heat spark. 3. Spark will ignite the tinder 4. Finally gather some smaller wood/branches to lay atop the burning tinder to create a fire, adding larger wood as the fire gets bigger (making sure to not make the fire bigger than needed).
