Love this candle

I love the scent and appearance of this candle but the vendor packaged it so poorly that one of the votives shattered. From reading other review, it appears to happen often. Such a shame since it's a great product. BTW if Amazon tells you to contact them regarding your return, get ready to be frustrated. Automated responses online, in chat and with automated phone calls resulted in circular responses. After several attempts I was finally able to chat with a live person and the issues appears resolved.

I purchased this candle a few years back in a retail store. That candle was a much larger one. Bought is candle remembering how much I liked the scent,

The candle smells wonderful, but the wicker is missing, as stated in reviews. I had smelled the candle before, so I didn’t think I would have to read a candle review. Oh well.

I have ordered these candles several times. It is my favorite scent. Each time either the wicker, glass or both is broken. I imagine the company is loosing a fair amount of money from returns on broken items sold through Amazon. PPLEASEEEE start wrapping the candles for your customers!

Disappointed. The candle arrived broken.

The actual candle is missing. Just sent me an empty basket. Disappointing. I will be returning asap.

I love the smell of this candle and purchased one for a family member for Christmas. Unfortunately when they received their gift all they got was the wicker basket the candle set in. After the fact I read other customers reviews and this seems to be an overall problem with this seller. Very disappointed.
