Yes, the nuts and bolts to assemble the crate. I believe that some airlines require metal instead of plastic and there are plenty included, I had extra.

HI,I am sorry for the delay but was waiting answer from Pet Mate. Yes there are only two "Live Animal" Stickers with this.

Q: Are these releaseable zip ties?

Yes the are.. they helped keep the carrying case sturdy while my puppy travel from Arizona to New Jersey

Q: My large kennel requires 15 bolts - are at least 15 nuts and bolts included?

Yes, everything needed for putting the two pieces together are included.
