They are easy to swallow capsules and also easy to open and take the powder directly on the tongue for faster effects; it does not taste bad at all. I take them usually twice a day to keep up my energy and they also help suppress my appetite so that I don't eat too much or crave sweets. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs extra energy or to help with mood or focus. They may even help you lose weight. Perfect, just what I needed. The low dose is better if you are going to take once a day and don’t drink coffee. You can minimize tolerance and the l-theanine will smooth out and jitters. Don’t take 10-12 before bed. Functions as intended and helps me focus and be productive. Strength is great, you don’t want more I promise you if you want to use it every day. I sleep fine as long as I don’t take 10-12 hours before bed. Easy to seallow

Really good and efficient caffeine that has L-theanine to help with brain fog. Capsules are pretty large, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, I would definitely consider small options.

I am person who has been struggling with my weight since a few medical surgeries. I take nerve inhibitors that make me feel so pudding. So not only is the ability to exercise meek but there is a ton of brain fog also. I bought these on a I’m broke and need a quick fix whim to try to avoid caffeine withdrawal. I live on energy drinks and Starbucks to stay functional. I feel like sometimes we overlook the simplest things. Not only did popping one of these in the morning wake me up but I had been drinking sugary caffeine for so long I forgot what it felt like without them. I felt energetic and good . I think the good part is from the ltheanine. I am pushing 40 at 250lbs so I was worried about side effects on the heart ecceta there was not any. I felt the energy as if I was young I’m always wanting to sit down because I feel so bogged health wise but this made me want to get up and go. I got through work without feeling stress thanks to the theanine. And a bonus I did not consider it had me not even wanting food for hours. Replacing all that sugar with a clean energy I noticed silly stuff at my age like I could smell better my senses were more functional and focused. This sounds blown out of the water but with all my health issues days like this were slim to non. I decided after just two days this is the solution to dieting and breaking away from energy drinks. I definitely recommend the L theanine version because who doesn’t want to feel good while they’re awake instead of jittery chaos. So if you were on the fence like me thinking I’m too old it’s too scary don’t be. We can get up and enjoy the day with this.

Capsules are, Great for ADHD, calms me down and helps me focus at the same time. You will develop tolerance to the effects if you use them all the time though. Not a replacement for proper ADHD meds but is the next best thing.

I have teeth that stain easily from drinking tea/coffee. So, I tried having my "wakeup cup" in capsule form. One of these contains a little less caffeine than a Tall Starbucks. One or two capsules with water start my day nicely and the teeth have stayed white! Recommended.

I have used these for little over a week now. I have not felt any difference in my energy level. Had high hopes since reading reviews on them. Hopefully will feel something from them in another week but so far nothing. Highly disappointed and waste of money

Unfortunately not that effective. On the other hand it makes me anxious most of the time compared to other products. Stopped using it

Very effective in helping me get up in the mornings before I have my morning tea. Great help on days after a night of poor sleep or when I need to get up very early.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.
