Just the right size
I use these to keep track of my health journey. It’s small enough to carry in my bag and to keep at my bedside. I record my vital signs daily as I’m trying to reduce my medications. This makes it easy to have a progress report for my physician.

Ok, but....
These little books are ok. Not great, not terrible. (Or not for pen & ink writing.) Actually, if this company makes an unlined version of this notebook (I did not look) I suspect they would make a great sketchbook for pencil sketching. The paper IS thick as described, which means in theory you could use a fountain pen on them (this is what I purchased them for) but alas, they feel 'toothy', like the pen nib is dragging when you use a fountain pen on them. I think they work better with a ballpoint pen, and best with a pencil. I would not gift them to others because the quality is ok, but not great. Little things like the back & front covers do not Quite precisely line up. The books all arrived with bent and distorted covers, some with an actual wrinkle tear in the cover. This is not the makers mistake, but Amazons. They sent these in an envelope style container & so they were damaged with being tossed around in the delivery process. On the other hand, $20 for 3 list making sized notebooks is not bad either. Middle of the road I suppose.

Flimsy
Did not really care for these. They are not a true black, more of a dark gray/brown. The cover is not as thick as I would have liked. Paper is nice inside.

You get what you pay for
These are basic spiral notebooks. I was hoping the cover would be sturdier but it's not so they're flimsy and bend more than I'd like. They do the job, just not to the standard I was hoping to meet.
