i got this product with damaged box and have to much scratches on the product

Fragile and heavy
The backside airflow cover is very fragile, it breaks easily and the dryer is very heavy. Its not worth the money. If the dryer was around 2k or 3k then its understandable but with that much amount of money i expect it to be more worthy and valuable
