This is Lennox factory item and it fits perfectly. It’s cheaper to buy this and replace yourself, it’s very easy.

The filter only covered 1/2 the HEPA filter
I don't know if they sent the wrong filter, but it only covered less than 1/2 the Lennox Genuine OEM Healthy Climate HEPA Filter 92X10 Fits Model HEPA-40, HEPA-60. We are going to return it.
