My first time ever installing anything plumbing related; crazy easy and took about ten minutes. The hardest part is getting over your own procrastination LOLworks great; i will say that although the cleaning stream thing is really strong, it is not a power washer and will not bleach your tub for you </3 that said, it's a really nice shower head, easy to install, cheap, and has good water pressure. nothing magic, but most likely better than whatever your apartment came with.

Overall it’s a solid shower head, ours just lasted a very short amount of time. My wife and I have pretty soft water where we are at but the head lasted only 5 months before the button gave out, leaving it in the last mode it was (mist unfortunately)We’ll be requesting the manufacture for a replacement as it’s under a 1 year warranty**update**They replaced the shower head and offered me a full refund. I won’t accept their refund as I’m going to use this shower head again since the features are great but will say that their customer support is awesome!

At first I loved this shower head. The water pressure through it was great! After about a month, the toggle switch stopped working and now it became stuck on the mist setting. Customer service actually reached out to me about this review and ended up sending me a replacement. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it works great! I really appreciated how they stood behind their product. If you need an affordable but highly functional shower head, I highly recommend this one.

I usually have my dad help me with installing my shower heads but this time I decided to put my big girl pants on and do it myself. I didn’t have any issues installing it however, this thing came with 0 instructions and if it wasn’t for helping my dad install my previous shower heads I would not have known what the tape was for or how to put the thing together. So I definitely recommend going on YouTube or google to get help on installing it. It works great tho and my favorite thing about this product is how easy it is to change the shower settings. Most shower heads have to be twisted to change the settings but this one has a little switch at the end that you simply push to change to whatever settings you want. The water pressure is great and the mist setting is actually misty so I definitely recommend this product.

Bought a new shower head from local store- the piece to hold and turn sprayer was plastic. We’ve had similar ones like that before and the piece breaks quickly. It has to be metal!Works great.

We really liked the water pressure and the different modes. Unfortunately the mode changing broke and we are stuck on a veryyyy high pressure showering mode.I keep pressing the thing but the shower head doesn’t change modes anymore.Trying to contact the company about the warranty

I bought this shower head because I had tried it at a health club and thought the streams were terrific. However, none of the heads lasted long because the switch to change the stream fails and your stuck with the stream on which it broke. It happened more quickly at the club than at home, but it has now happened twice. The manufacturer should impove the stream switching design.

Amazing shower head for its price! I really love the contemporary clean look and its square shower head design. Most the other ones I saw in the market are rounded shape.It came with everything needed to install it even with the tape. The instructions are clear and easy to follow so it’s so easy to install (even for me!!)I particularly love the multi-settings and the nice water pressure. The easy clean-up surface design is also a nice touch; the hard water in our neighborhood always left the shower head built-up residuals over time and made the stainless steel looked old and dull. I feel this version would keep it clean and go a long way.And lastly, I finally can easily give my cats a shower with a much gentler water flow and not scare them off!

All 6 functions are different, unlike some shower heads that say they have many functions but you can never really tell the difference.. This one goes from 8 jet powered streams to dozens of spray stream feeling very light and misty.Not only perfect for our family of four all having difference preferences but also great for my plants that I like to gently mist once a month in the shower.

Very easy to install, plumbers tape and extra washers included in box.Improved pressure of shower.Unit is plastic on outside, I hope internals are durable, if this lasts a year I will give it 5 stars.

I bought it in July of 2021. The switch to toggle the different sprays stopped working properly about 2 months in. I would have to click it multiple times to change the spray. Today (Dec 20, 2021) I couldn’t change it from the hardest spray and after clicking literally 100 times it still didn’t change and the button broke out of the unit and went down the drain haha. Now I can’t change the spray type at all. It should lasted more then 5 month.I have a second sprayer that I bought as a spare at least for now because when the shower spray handle works - it works amazing.

Love this shower head,you can change it to so many different settings. So glad I got it wish I would have had it way sooner. If anyone is looking for a great hand held shower head I highly recommend this one. It's so great you don't want to get outta the shower. Also love that you can take it down to just use it to rinse your tub after your done. Then hang it back up or if you just want to wash your hair. The hand held part is so great and very easy to use. Was very ease to install was done in know time. It come's with everything you need to put it up.
