Damaged and rusty
I bought these folders to use for important documents they have arrived with the studs all rusty and the corners damaged. Not worth the money a really poor product.

Defective product. The holes do not match punch
I was a customer for bindex files for many years. I made this purchase intending to use for a trial. We settled so did not use. I just pulled out to use on another project and the inside binder mechanism does not match standard distance between two holes. So my puncher does not work. This product was a total waste. I don't have any mechanism to get items replaced because I did not try within 30 days. The company that used to sell this product would have responded to me and replaced. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are poorly run and distribute defective product.
